Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry or booking a tour through AadiKailash.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once our team has verified your selected package, batch date, and traveller details, and any applicable advance payment has been received. Submitting the enquiry form alone does not guarantee a seat on a batch.
Traveller Responsibilities
Aadi Kailash and Om Parvat is a high-altitude pilgrimage. Travellers are responsible for confirming their own fitness for high-altitude travel and disclosing any relevant medical conditions to our team before departure.
Travellers must carry valid original identification documents (Aadhar Card and passport-size photographs) required for the Inner Line Permit. Failure to carry required documents may result in denial of permit and inability to join the batch, with no liability to AadiKailash.com.
Itinerary Changes
Weather conditions, road closures, permit authority decisions, or other circumstances beyond our control may require changes to the published itinerary, route, or schedule. We will make reasonable efforts to inform travellers of any changes as early as possible.
Payments
Package prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking and are quoted per person. Prices may change for future batches without affecting confirmed bookings.
Limitation of Liability
AadiKailash.com arranges transport, stay, meals, and permit support in good faith through vetted vendors, but is not liable for delays, losses, or inconvenience caused by third parties, natural events, government decisions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
